Loma Linda (California)

Loma Linda- California is the U.S.’s only Blue Zone, this community has the highest concentration of Seventh-day Adventists in the United States. They  follow a diet of grains, fruits, nuts, and vegetables and most avoid meat.

 

The Adventists have a strong sense of community, they have a day of rest similar to the Sabath to reflect and recharge which results in residents living 10 years longer than the average American, free of disease.
